Dont worry if the person you are writing to has signed up for our service or not. We will make it so that they will be able to read it sooner or later.

Hello,

We are deeply sorry to inform you we have discovered issues where location search in YellowRibbon for iOS may produce incorrect results. If you use keyword-based location search on iOS platforms, you may notice the map would fail to display target locations and/or coordinates after showing your search results.

Although we were able to quickly identify and address the issue internally, we have been informed by Apple that we will not be allowed to distribute updates unless we further optimize YellowRibbon for iOS 7.

Unfortunately, the said optimization process as well as other bug fixes will take us additional several weeks.

In the meantime, if you are on iOS, please browse and select your locations directly on the map as a workaround. We understand it can be very time consuming and frustrating to do so, and we sincerely apologize for any inconveniences.

In order to access custom location tool, please tap on the map button on the upper right corner of your location selection screen. You can move around the map and zoom in or out to customize your location, and your messages will be pinned where the YellowRibbon icon is displayed.

Currently, there are no outstanding issues with receiving and opening your inbox messages.

Once again, we are deeply sorry for any inconveniences we may cause. Please kindly bear with us as we are working around the clock to resolve the issues.
